I’ve improved NPQG by incorporating more standard language.

Recipe for a Universe

1) 3D Euclidean void
2) A density of equal and opposite point charges
3) A density of energy carried by the charges in kinetic and electromagnetic form.
4) Maxwell’s equations modified for an immutable Planck scale radius barrier around each charge.

That is it.

I think the barrier may be implemented with a hard lower bound on combined permittivity and permeability. Essentially that puts a hard ceiling on net electromagnetic fields as sensed by each point charge.

Everything emerges from this recipe.
